Hello. I ordered an item from China and was supplied with the following tracking number RL223324230CN. The China Post website shows the following:

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel No.RL223324230CN tracking result
2016-12-24 17:36:38.0 福州city international parcel shipping center received
2016-12-24 17:37:15.0 福州city international parcel shipping center customs scan
2016-12-24 22:13:29.0 leaving 福州city international parcel shipping center ，next station 福州center
2016-12-26 07:48:05.0 福州Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-26 09:39:16.0 福州Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-12-26 12:13:00.0 arrive 福州center
2016-12-26 12:13:32.0 leaving 福州center going to next airport/seaport

It seems to still be in China? Can you help?

yes. the parcel is still in some corner of china post fuzhou warehouse. You have to wait until someone find it and process it.

Tracking number
RG310797123CN

Needs to be updated last update for this tracking number was
Jan 6th/2017 . I don't why it hasn't been updated but this problem needs to be fixed ASAP. I deserve to know where my package is.

RG310797123CN left China on Jan 6. Normally parcel from China to Canada might take 40 to 60 days, in worst situation (parcel shipped during Nov,Dec and Jan which have many holidays in Canada and China), it might travel 90 to 100 days.
As Canada Post does not scan china post parcel since Oct 2015, you can not see new status after parcel left China.

Can someone look into LM198105915CN its been say on route to Canada since December 14. Help please

LM198105915CN failed delivery and was returned to shipper on Feb 14. You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.

Update. This parcel finally arrived but it shows as still being in China!
