Post Package states it was delivered but was not

My package tracking states my package was delivered on the 19th but it wasnt. The map image shows it somewhere in Texas and I am in Connecticut. Tracking number AS172925992CN

Please help this was a Christmas gift ordered 5 weeks ago

I believe your seller shipped the goods to wrong address. You need open dispute to Aliexpress for refund.
