Any tracking info that I find says my package has been sitting in Shanghai since November and the seller won't return my emails. Please help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO322193297CN your parcel was delivered on Nov 6. If you did not get this parcel, you should take action within 60 days of shipment date and file investigation. Now it is too late to get your money back or find your parcel.
