The first tracking number RY092135205CN.
Propose to seller to resend. The second tracking number is RL797855171CN. The second goods stuck at Xiamen over 20days. Worst thing is the seller tell me the parcel is under normal condition. What should I do?

RL797855171CN was returned by Guangzhou customs. Not sure return reason. But you can not get the parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival order.
