Hello, I bought an item on amazon, and I wanted to track it. When I did, I looked for 5 different sites, used it, but they either said package not found or package pending, etc. It would really help if someone will get the tracking info. Thanks!

if you just purchased the item, wait about 2 to 5 business days and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php.

If over 5 days and you still get nothing from above tracking link, you should open dispute to Amazon and ask for refund for fake shipment tracking information.

It has been 10 days since I have purchased this item. I was just wondering where the item is. Can you help me find the tracking info? It still says some kind of error when I put the information to the site you gave me. Thanks :)

1. Your tracking number is not valid (fake tracking number). You can verify here:

2. Open a dispute to get your money back.

I'm trying to track a shipment from China. Tracking # RM285938003CN. I can find nothing on it. Pleaseeeee help!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?
