Hello,

can someone please tell me where my package is. I ordered it November 30th from an AliExpress store. Tracking number LM187282764CN. The seller has told me it's been shipped but when I look at the status in epacket is says "posting". I am ready to ask for a refund. epacket to Canada is only supposed to be 16-26 days

2. Your parcel has not move from one inch. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him to verify with China Post EMS. What is going on with your parcel.
Your parcel might be misplace somewhere or in a corner waiting to be pick up to move on.

3. But definitely it's not funny because you lost 2 weeks, parcel has not move.

I opened a dispute. I needed it for a Christmas gift. I knew something was wrong. All my other packages came in 7-10 days with epacket.

The seller is trying to tell me it's arrived in Canada but Canada Post hasn't updated the tracking. I'm calling this B.S

I've asked for proof it's left China.

Mine has been stuck at 'exports custom clearance complete' since the 8th December! Iv recieved all other parcels I ordered on the same day. I live in nz. It's a kids dress...a Xmas gift too! what does open dispute mean? What happens?

Hi there my parcel hasn't moved since the 8 Dec. It was supposed to be a Xmas gift. Could you please tell me why? Tracking number RF464459245CN

I have requested a refund. I'm waiting to hear from AliExpress. Still no movement.

Can you please check LM193121580CN. It was shipped December 8th. Nothing had been updated since. A package I ordered after this one is already at my local post office.

1. The last tracking of your parcel on the China Post EMS site is this:

2. You know that E Packet to Canada can take from 3 to 5 weeks to be deliver. This is the Holiday Season and maybe Toronto has to much work to do.

3. If you did open a dispute on Ali Express you are aware that you can not close it otherwise you can not open a new one for the same parcel.

The seller told me it's in Canada which is a lie
