Post Package now 12 days late need status

Good day,
Please provide a status of package with tracking number LW313503279CN

This package was guaranteed to be delivered by Dec 21, 2019, but has not yet arrived. It is showing in the tracking database as still in Guangzhou EMS, CHINA. Any idea of when I will get my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW313503279CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Foshan office to US on Dec 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thanks for your reply. Its now been 26 days since the last update to the tracking. There has to be a way to find out where my package actually is in the system or at least if it has actually left China.

Its now a month since the last update. Where is my package? This is ridiculous. China Post should be able to tell me exactly where my package is at any given time and why there is a hold up. There is no excuse in this day and age to not know where a package is with all the scanning technology.

Foshan City, leave [Nanhai Mail Processing Center], next stop [Guangzhou International], being transport to Guangzhou airport. Most likely lost at this point. Ask the seller for refund or resend.

Thanks for the reply. I don't understand why so many packages are getting lost going through Guangzhou. This was the second package in a month that I've had go through Guangzhou that got lost along the way.

My best guess is that Guangzhou being a major hub, just can't handle the seer volume of packages. Especially now being so close to CNY, people have started to take time off, and there probably an increase flux of parcels due to CNY.
