My tracking number LK518926195CN says it is delivered but I have not received my package. Where it is ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel was delivered to your front door by USPS office in MONTEBELLO, CA 90640. if you did not get the goods, contact that USPS office asap.

I dont understand .
we have not received it . Are you kidding me ? how can they drop the package on door ? why did not they call the number and make sure person is there to receive the package. Is there no procedure that you receive an acknowledgment that package is received by person whose name is mentioned in address ?

the parcel was delivered by USPS. you should ask them for delivery detail.
