Somebody please help me! My package to China let united state in Jan 29, arrived Shanghai Feb 2nd,since then no update,asked the local post office in China they said they didn't know! Then tracking No. Is cw863858049us!
Please help! It's for my mom!

cw863858049us has not entered into china post system yet.it should be in customs.

Thank you, but it's almost 2 weeks,my other packages already arrived but this one! Could you please tell me any body I can call or something I can do?

the only thing you can do is wait. china post has hotline 11183. but I don't think you can get more information than this forum.

It's almost March,still no package yet! Could you please tell me where it is? Feels like the package has been lost!
