Ordered a mini treadmill from M Day Treadmill in early October and the delivery updates have been confusing.

Royal Mail website shows LZ083876265CN was delivered by Post office in Wigan DO on Oct 25. Please contact Royal Mail for more detail.

It shows a little box being delivered and it's not even my house. Have I been scammed?

You are very likely to be scammed. Call your bank and report fraud.
