Post package hasnt moved in 25 days

(Yanwen)

Purchased 2 dresses from a company in China (shipping to canada). The parcel moved through many facilities but hasnt moved or been updated since July 12th from DE facility. Does anyone know how i can find out if it is still on route? Or if something is holding up the process?

HKAETA30590729 is not china post tracking number.
