Post Package has not moved in 3 weeks?

Tracking number is CP288022202CN
It's a pretty large package, but there are no batteries in it.

The tracking says it's been stuck in "Export Security Scan" in Beijing since May 22 and has not moved since then. Is there something wrong?

CP288022202CN is surface parcel, very slow. you need some patient.
