Post package has not moved in 2 months need help

hi i have something i ordered almost 2 months ago that i need help with figuring out what is going on with it, i have the shipping number and when i try and track it all i get is this
Parcel No.03109916168 tracking result

2016-05-12 13:47:00.0 Electronic Data Received

after that nothing, as you can see the only entry is back 2 months ago almost i've tried to message the senders and they don't get back to me either

you are scammed. read following article:

1. Last tracking I could find is this on India Post:
04/07/2016 22:35:22 Kolkata (ex Calcutta) Exchange Office (INDIA) Sent for Customs Verification
