My USPS express package has not changed status in 5 days and I have already had one package get lost in import customs. On USPS tracking it says "departed Shanghai airport" but on a different tracking site it says "Shanghai center import customs cleared." Is this normal? I've never had this happen before except for when they lost a different package a few months ago. Tracking number CV058650384US

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CV058650384US shows the parcel now is in Fuzhou customs. You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
