Hi I ordered a package on the Jan 15. On the tracking, the last update was on the Jan 27 and shows this message:

Processed Through Sort Facility
Jan-27-15, 17:38 PM, BEIJING EMS

Can you please help my tracking number is LK338015538CN.

I opened a dispute, but seller said that this time is China's spring festival and it may take more time. Is this true? What should I do next?
