It's been 15 business days if I am not wrong. Is it still on the net or is there a a chance it was lost.

if no battery item in your parcel, then 15 days waiting is still ok. sometimes you need wait about 4 weeks.

I mean it was shipped on the 27th and it is the 19th. It will be a full month next sunday.

wait one more week, if still not arrive, then it should be lost. you can file a non-receipt to paypal and claim refund.
