My order has not updated in 5 days! It is really frustrating! I have no idea when I might receive it! Or if it was a scam?

your parcel was just shipped 5 days ago. normally it will travel about one or two weeks before arriving USA.

wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php , you will see new status.

Is it still in the same place as where the tracking site says? Or could it have moved somewhere and they didn't update? I don't understand why it takes so long for them to update the tracking information. USPS does it really quickly.

where it is now really doesn't matter because the parcel status does not always update with current location. base on my experience, it should arrive USA next week. Once it reaches USA, you will see new status in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php
