Hi,

Tracking (EA318359344CN) has not updated for almost 1 week. My previous shipments this year cleared customs in 1-2 days. Is JFK customs backed up again?

USPS new york must have some problem. You can call USPS and try to inquiry delivery detail. If USPS can not find the parcel, it should be lost in New York.
