This is a tracking number for a private logistics company, Flyt Express. http://www.flytexpress.com/Index_En.aspx

As a rule, these kind of companies only handle your items in China, and don't provide tracking after it leaves. See also this FAQ: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=686
