Hello,

I order an item off of iOffer on November 4th, 2014 and I was given this tracking number:

RH084763883CN

It's says it was shipped out November 19th, 2014 and Canada received it on December 4th, 2014 but there has not been an update since, can you please tell me what's going on.

It doesn't matter if it's on that list, it has reached Canada and I assume was lost by Canada Post. I don't believe there are any customs in Dieppe, is it the final destination?

No it's not the final destination and I called Canada Post and they said I have to contact China Post, I do not know what to do.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php shows the parcel arrived Canada on Dec 4th. Those info are from Canada Post. If they can not help you, I believe the parcel should be lost by Canada Post.

I contacted Canada Post again today and they said that the seller has to call them and open an investigation, is this true?

yes. only seller(shipper) has contract with china post. China Post will not deal with receiver directly.

Even if your seller is willing to do this (unlikely), it's a very long process. I suggest request a refund or re-ship from seller.
