I've checked over and over and there's been no updates since September 30th. Just that the post man picked it up. My tracking number is: LT234306245CN

1. Yes and the week (3-7 Oct) after it was a National Holiday in China, so no movement of mail.

2. May I suggest you contact seller to make sure that the parcel is OK because we should have seen some movement of the parcel.

Hope this help.

Hi,

I am surprised why this item had no departure and/or exit customs scans yet it was able to send overseas? Would it be possible the same thing happened to my item LX980987125CN? So far I have checked Royal Mail tracking but the item was not received yet.

1. Your parcel could had the same thing, please remember last week all week was a National holiday in China, so this might have disrupted the registering into the China Post system parcel movement.

2. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him to confirm with China Post that your parcel departed China. Sort of making sure the parcel is not left in a corner somewhere.

Hope this help.

Hi,

Apparently there is a way to track "untrackable" status epacket parcels on the Royal Mail website. If there is a "Where has my item been?" link, you can then click on it and the tracking details pop up. For LX980987125CN, I can see that it arrived in Heathrow on 13/10 and is now at the delivery office in Greenford. That is reassuring as it confirms that the item has arrived. Despite these details, Royal Mail will still return a "Please try again" as its main message which is weird and tricky because there is clearly more information available to distressed addressees like me, wondering why the exit/customs clearance scans are missing at the chinapost website and worrying if the item even ever left China at all.

1. To answer your question why it was not scan departure of China Post to UK!

2. Here are some possibilities, maybe EMS site was down (maintenance was done) when they track your parcel. Maybe the tracking device did not work properly when they track your parcel. Those thing can happen and for sure it's not reassuring for client like you waiting for their parcel.

3. But everything is OK your parcel made it to UK and will be deliver shortly.

Hope this help.
