I received verification via text message that my package shipped but when i input the tracking number china post claims no shipping record. My tracking number is LY233836366CN

Where is my shipment??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY233836366CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
