FT0000114218S2C0 is not china post tracking number. it looks like a fake number.

This parcel is from Flyt, a private shipping agent. Your seller just gave parcel to Flyt on Dec 2. Not sure how fast Flyt is, we never heard of this company before.

The seller has claimed that the parcel was returned by post for unknown reason, but the tracking websites don't show that the parcel was returned to sender. Even if the postal service returned the parcel, don't they have to give a reason? Sounds like the seller actually never shipped the order in the first place.
