I haven't seen any new updates since July 14th and I'm wondering where is my package now my tracking number is RS474101492CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Jul 5. normally parcel will travel 2 to 6 weeks to reach USA. If you can not get it by Aug 20, open dispute to seller for refund.
