Tracking number RJ049139813CN hasn't moved since November 27. Do you know where it is or if it is on the way??

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php is stuck in Wenzhou. Normally it should be in Beijing or Shanghai now. Your parcel is very likely to be lost or rejected in customs.

Wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If it is still stuck in Wenzhou, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
