Regarding shipping tracking order : RF122968448CN. On November 16, 2015, the seller posted that the "Order Information was received by carrier" but since then nothing has been updated. What does this mean? Can you supply me with further information of where my order is?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only one message: Electronic Data Received on Nov 17 .

this means your seller only applied a tracking number from china post with software, but never shipped anything to you. it is fraud shipment.

You should open dispute to seller and claim refund.
