1. It would have been nice to have the tracking number for our parcel. So we could have check it for any information.

2. If you can not track your parcel, then open a dispute to get your money back.

2. Your parcel is going to USA by the Inbound mail in Chicago and their has been some persons from USA that are in the same situation as you.

3. Parcel are not coming out of Chicago as fast as they should. I guess you need to wait and track it on the USPS site for any movement.
