Post My package was sent to Mexico, not USA???

The tracking# EA166380766CN that my seller provided to me indicates this package has been stuck in Mexico Customs for over 2 weeks!

How can I confirm that this tracking# is really for my order which should have been shipped to Tulsa, OK 74135 USA? It's possible the seller gave me the wrong tracking #. But if this is correct, I need to cancel it/get a refund.

1. Either the seller gave you the wrong tracking number or China Post EMS made a big mistake.

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible to get the full story about your parcel.

wow, thanks for the super fast reply!

I have been in contact with the seller and they said they have not been getting any response from the shipper, so I took matters in my own hands to find out what is going on by contacting you directly.

I agree that either I was given the wrong tracking # or China EMS messed up. Can you look up the shipping details for this package to see if this was indeed my order by reviewing the original shipping address please?

Impossible to do that, 1; I don't work for China Post, 2; I don't live in China.
If it would have gone to USA, I might have been able to see where the parcel was going but not always.

May I suggest you open a dispute as soon as possible to get your money back.

Dear Richard/int077,

My apologies for assuming you worked for China Post and had access to their internal system!

So responses to these forum posts are just other folks helping others the best they can out of good will? I'm blown away by the number of quality responses you have been providing to others, which is why I thought you were a China Post representative.
