Post my package seems to be stuck in Suzhou Processing center] has been exported straight seal

The tracking number is RK834122610CN

The last action that shows up is on October 17, that it is approved for export by Suzhou Processing Center. The destination country is the USA. It is now already the 3rd of November. If it already was en route to the USA, it would have been in the USPS system (United States Postal Service). The seller claims it is en route to USA but it is not. I repeat, there hasn't been any further action than the one on October 17th.

Can anybody help me out please ?

RK834122610CN is China post register mail. USPS will not scan register mail. This means your parcel status will not change after it left China.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Oct 17. normally you will wait about 4 to 7 weeks to get it in USA.
