2. I have also track your parcel on different sites and there is no arrival in Canada. So the parcel might be lost or misplace. You should contact seller as soon as possible and try to have an arrangement.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped more than 2 months ago. If you have not got it, it should be lost. open dispute to seller and claim refund asap.
