Post My package is delayed

Tracking number LS253058904CN
I checked the above tracking and saw "The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The delivery status for this item has not been updated as of December 15, 2017, 11:54 pm".
I contacted USPS and they said that "if the package is not located in the United States, you will need to contact the Postal Service in that country for tracking information".
Please let me know why my package is delay and won't be delivered by the expected delivery date. This is a Christmas gift for my son. Please inform me when I can receive my package.

USPS website shows that the parcel now is in USPS office in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78250, You should go to that post office and try to pickup the parcel.
