Hello my parcel has tracking number CP310107821CN. The last update is 【广州互换局】已封发 on may 8th. Right now it's may 27th. 19 days without no update whatsoever. I don't know what happened to my parcel? From some other forum, it seems that mailing to canada shouldn't take this long. Please tell me what happened to my parcel?

CP310107821CN is surface mail which is very very very slow. Your seller should use airmail (format like 'R******CN').

Hello, do you mind giving me a rough idea of how slow it could be going from guangzhou to vancouver? In fact, do you know if it has left china or not right now?

I thought the mail was sent via SAL whatever that stands for. Is it possible for you to check if the parcel has left China yet?

You can not know if it has left China or not.
