Me dice mi vendedor que estará retenido, y que a el le dijo lo mismo la proveedora y lo vuelven a reenviar, dice que no esta perdido porque si se hubiese perdido le hubiesen reembolsado el dinero y se lo habrían dicho a el.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ403697167CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 24. It has no update since then.

It has more than 50% possibility to be lost.

I suggest you wait another 10 days. If you can not get the goods by Dec 20, or your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
