http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY522667112CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 31. It is waiting for flight space to USA.

Is my package still waiting on flight space? When will it ship or what’s the normal time frame to be shipped from this point?

the parcel is still in Fuzhou airport. Now is not normal time, you can get accurate estimate time.
