Order was placed several weeks ago and I paid extra for express delivery. I received text and email stating it had shipped, but I try to use the tracking program with the tracking number provided (LS838658099CN) and it says, “no tracking record.”

Could someone please help me figure out what’s taking the package longer than expected to arrive? Thanks in advance.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?
