Hi,
Where is my parcel. It has been at the airport for nearly 2 weeks and I ordered this on 17th May 2020. I am really upset that it is till not here.
Please respond by telling me when it will be here
This parcel is trying to get to Australia.!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LH349194526CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 30. It is still in Shanghai waiting for flight to Australia.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to Australia is 6 weeks, you need some patient.

Once parcel arrives Australia, you will see arrival info in http://track-chinapost.com/start_auspost.php

Hi,
Its now been 6 weeks as still nothing it is still sitting at the airport. What is happening???? I see heaps of other parcels leaving China just not ours. !!
