Hi Admin,
I've ordered headphones and the tracking seems to show progress but not sure if the item has truly been shipped but is taking longer to arrive than expected, I've been scammed, or if the item is stuck at customs given the restrictions you posted regarding shipping items with batteries (e.g. headphones).
No update on the item is available since Oct 8 and Nov 8 will mark Day 40 of shipping date.

Tracking number is RK313074230CN and was ordered via Aliexpress.
Any help is appreciated.

RK313074230CN left China on Oct 8. it is now outside china. you can not know exact location at this moment. wait one more week, if you can not get it by Nov 10, you should open dispute to aliexpress.

Thank you for the quick response. Should I be able to use this tracking number on the Canada Post website to check on its status inside Canada (assuming it arrives) or is this number only useable on the China post site?

Items of this form (two letters, nine numbers, two letters) are a Universal Postal Union identifier standard called S10. They should work on the tracking site of any country's postal operator.

That said, this past August Canada Post decided they weren't going to display tracking information online for inbound Registered Items any more...so unfortunately you won't see any info on the Canada Post website for this number. On most countries postal operators web site you would see updates for this item, but not Canada Post. =/

Canada Post knows the item is coming, but it hasn't arrived in Canada yet.
