This is insane. Since July 1st, I keep getting the same two messages on tracking # LW491077250CN "processed through export customs" in Beijing, and "origin country is preparing shipment" there's no way that it keeps getting left out the parcel bags that many times. First time having an issue though with Beijing, usually it's Guangzhou, so this has really thrown me for a loop. Was hoping to have this here by Monday for my son's birthday, but oops, looks like once again when I need something most, it fails me :'( is there anyway to speed up the process so my son's birthday isn't ruined, like my daughter's was in March due to a package arriving 2weeks late. Please advise.
