Hello
Please help me locate my item AS480235215CN. It has been over 2 months since I bought it.
I have checked at the local post office but nothing. Please I need help. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=+AS480235215CN shows the parcel arrived USA almost 2 months ago. If you have not got it, it means the parcel is lost.

you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
