The tracking number is LN663164041CN. It's been 3 weeks and the package is still in China. I usually get the packages within 7-14 days. Could you check on it for me please?

wait one more week, if not arrive , you have to open dispute to aliexpress.

From a fashion website. I've bought from them several times and never had a problem before. They said it could be there were too many packages at the Custom that's why it got stuck there. Is there any way I could contact someone from EMS and ask them to process my package faster?

if you paid by paypal, you should open dispute to paypal asap.
