To Whom it may concern,

Can someone please answer why my package has not been sent yet??? RB504422731CN
This has been shipped out since April 8 and has been constantly putting "being ready to be shipped" and it is now April 23!! I honestly do not think it should take more than two weeks for it to get ready to be shipped!

Kindly advise as there is absolutely no information being communicated to me here.

The seller shipped the parcel on April 15 not April 8, so you need some patient and wait one more week. by the way, is there any battery inside the parcel? if yes, the parcel might be rejected by customs security department.
