i ordered from a site before checking the reviews. this was my mistake! many negative reviews and other customers saying their experience was much the same as mine below.

they gave me tracking LZ143661220CN and said that my order shipped already, yet they are saying my item is a high demand item and it may take longer due to that. advised i should check the tracking again on April 4th.

this tracking does not line up with anything the example list given by their own 'customer service' department. see below quote from their email:

every time i ask for a more clarified answer i get the same regurgitated email from their 'customer service' saying to wait longer and be patient, with just a different name at the bottom. interestingly enough, very north american sounding names like Diane, Sherryl, Jacqueline....... yet the company is in China.

if the order has shipped then that tracking should already be valid shouldn't it?

please assist. thank you. i am quite concerned i have been scammed.
