I purchase something thru ioffer. As per the below conversation , does this sound like fraud because if item was shipped out , why csnt he just give me the tracking number. The bottom message is the first message ...

seller- Monday send tracking number to you, thank you

ME - sorry, but I don't think that's funny. You haven't sent me a tracking number and have no proof items have been sent. Can you give me the tracking number ?

Seller - ha ha. Hello friends humor , about 10-20 days of receipt item.

ME - sent you the money 3 days ago... Are you shipping the Items out ? If not I'm going to contact paypal as fraud .

if fseller can not give you tracking number, you should open a non-receipt dispute to paypal. as you can see many people complain that ioffer is not a safe play to place order, you should be careful.
