My tracking LN325206162CN has not been updated in more than 7 days. Has it left China yet?

china post are experiencing some airline shortage since last month. some epacket parcel takes about 3 weeks to reach USA, you need some patient.

I tried checking the tracking again and I get this message
"China Post has not received parcel# LN325206162CN"
