Hello,
this is the last update I got: Sent to airline FOC Canada 20141129 1405.
My tracking number is: RI233837097CN. I'm wondering if my package is lost since I have already received an other package that was sent after this one.
Could I get an update on the status of my package?

RI233837097CN should be delayed in Shenzhen. wait one more week, if not arrive, you have to open dispute.
