3. The reason for that is because:
Holiday Season
China Post has to many parcel to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcel
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling flights
Rescheduling of mail bags

4. Now the big question, when are you going to receive your parcel!!!
I would really like to see you have your parcel on the 13 Jan but since right now everything is so unpredictable, I expect to see the parcel in USA by the 20 Jan or earlier.
