Hi! I sent 2 boxes 3 months ago to Canada by sea via China Post. The 2 boxes are under 1 Tracking number: CP325109007CN

However only 1 box arrived and delivered. Where is the other one? Canada Post can't help find the other box, they said this case will need to be investigated by China Post. Can you help? Thanks!

Sea Parcel arriving time is quite like lottery. Same time shipped parcels can have by 2 to 3 months arriving time gap. This is normal.

I don't think you need start any investigation, the investigation procedure is complex(you need go back to china with receipt), slow and almost useless. Just be patient and wait.
