Post I need help tracking 2 packages sent from the US to China over a month ago

Hi,
I've been expecting 2 packages to be delivered to me in Kunming, Yunnan. Both are through USPS; one (tracking #RB255507469US) was sent on October 16th, the other, (tracking #RH000108625US) was sent on October 19th. According to a third-party site, the first was processed at customs in Beijing on October 26th. The other package has no information online available to me. I live on a campus without a direct mailbox, so I am reliant on people at the post office telling me if I have mail. Please, is there anything that I can know about the status of my packages?
