I recently ordered something from aliexpress and everything was going good until my package said departure from outward office of exchange and its been stuck on there since november 2nd and its now november 22nd and no change. Can you please tell whats going on.

My tracking number is RO402385123CN

RO402385123CN can not pass export scan. any battery inside?

Not sure why government does not release the parcel. I suggest you wait one more week, if still no change of status, open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Ok so there is nothing that can be done by me or the seller? And what if the seller doesnt agree to the open dispute because of customs not releasing the order?
