I have not received my package since June 2018 and I have been unable to get the item. My tracking number is RU859312711CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU859312711CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 3.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
